Setting up your LSUA Email account on your iPhone or iPad
  • Using the iPhone, navigate to Settings.  
  • Select Mail, Contact, Calendars.  
  • Select Add Account...  
    • Choose Microsoft Exchange.
  • Next, fill in the requested information:
    • Step 1, e-mail:  Your full LSUA e-mail address (i.e.
    • Step 2, password:  Enter your LSUA password.  (Password is case-sensitive).
    • Step 3, description:  Enter a description for this account (i.e. LSUA Email). 
  • Next, fill in the requested information:
    • Step 1, Server: 
    • Step 2, Domain:
    • Step 3, Username:  your LSUA username (i.e. jdoe001, do not include
    • Step 4Password:  Enter your LSUA password.  (Password is case-sensitive).
    • Step 5, Click Next to Continue.
  • Your iPhone will now verify the Exchange information that you entered.  If you entered your password incorrectly, it will not verify your account.  You can go back and re-enter your password if needed.  
  • Once verified, you can select which items that you would like to synchronize with your iPhone.   After you have made your selections, simply click on Save to begin the synchronization.
Your LSUA email will now be available on your iPhone or iPad.
Please note that the above instructions may differ slightly depending on the IOS version on your phone. If so, be sure to enter the domain ( and the server ( in the correct locations.
